Custom Color Edit and Photoshopped Sign

My mom called me the other day with a rush request for a photo of her and my dad with a sign in it proclaiming their friend's age for a birthday slide show.

My mom sent me the photo (at about a Facebook size) and I did a little color correction and brightened it up a bit. I also inserted a cardboard sign with the requested saying and then did some magic to put her hand in.

Not too shabby... :)
