Getting Back Into My Hobbies

Things just started to get back to normal around here. Vaughn is a happy little boy again. All our sickies are gone. He is becoming very content with spending time crawling, enjoying a snack of "people food" or puffs, and cruising along the couch or walking with the aid of mommy or daddy. We have quite the little explorer on our hands.

Lately, while Vaughn has been enjoying his puffs in his highchair I have kept myself busy by drawing. I used to always keep sharpies (my favorite ever!!) of a million different colors, colored pencils and drawing pads around in vast quantities. I am sad to say, most of my sharpies are lost or out of ink. My colored pencils seemed to have vanished along with the one lone sock, eaten by the dyer monster most likely. I am not even going to go into where my sketchbooks could have possibly been shoved in the move.

So, for now,
*a black pen - one eraserless pencil - and computer printer paper*
are my art supplies of choice.

I just wanted to share the latest drawing that I seem to be awfully proud of. Not sure why, but I am super happy to get back into doing artsy and craftsy things.



Next on my grocery list of things: GET SOME COLORED PENCILS AND SHARPIES!
